the beach was perfect the service was awesome. the rooms are large and clean. food was excellent i really enjoyed my stay.
half the staff does not speak english basic communication is hard. the towel boy took our towels and never gave us new ones or cards

Wonderful Hotel Stay!
helpful staff jet skis excellent service
We enjoyed our stay a lot. The front desk staff was very helpful. Adrian in customer services also assisted. We used the available jet skis. Manuela at the buffet provided amazing service. We really loved the Mexican restaurant. The cleaning service was excellent.
The pools could use more entertainment for children. They struggled to manage sunbeds during peak times. Those sunbeds were very uncomfortable.

The resort features several pools with designated areas for families and adults. Pools are spacious, but there is high demand for shaded loungers. Jet skis are available for guest use directly from the beach.

Our Junior Suite Ocean View had two separate sinks. It also had a rainfall shower. The mini bar was restocked regularly and offered a variety of beverages.

The Mexican restaurant had authentic dishes with bold flavors. The buffet offered lots of choices for all meals. Manuela provided an amazing service during breakfast each day.

The location provided easy access to the beach. The resort is situated away from crowded areas. Guests could easily access other attractions and activities. Transport to external Riu parties was very handy.
